The location near BAE is fantastic, making it easy to catch up with family. I enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, particularly my Standard Single Room with Sea View. The staff were lovely and very attentive, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was superb and set us up for the day ahead. the dining experience was less impressive. On my visit, the presentation of the meals felt rushed, and my fish and chips arrived raw inside. Although I received a replacement, it took quite a while, making the timing of the meal awkward with friends. The dessert also didn't meet expectations, lacking quality. Staff were friendly, but kitchen management needs to take responsibility for food quality.

Music too loud in the bar after 10pm!!! Room cleanliness inconsistencies, such as needing to request clean towels!!! It’s frustrating when requests for basic amenities seem ignored!!!

this place is super chill and quiet. the staff were really nice and helped me a lot. they even gave me a little breakfast goody bag for my early start. room was clean and comfy, and the vibe was just right. loved having a quiet night's sleep for sure.
the bathroom could use a little update and the food took longer than expected to arrive.

It was just an appropriate option for a short stay in Barrow-in-Furness with definitely value for money. The homemade chunky chips were delicious and a highlight of the dinner. Be sure to check for any pre-ordering requirements for meals before your arrival.

missingWrote a review on Mar 13service delays
Dinner times advertised in the room didn’t match what we were told at check-in, and the online menu differed from the current one. Breakfast service lagged, with burnt bacon ruining the experience, and some meals were just a touch off, like the Apple Crumble Cheesecake lacking flavor. Music from the bar carried into the rooms until about 10 pm, which might not suit families.
